  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 dl optional milk
  • 1 dl greek yoghurt
  • (Almond milk is used in our recipe)
  • 3 easy steps
  • 1. Add milk, banana and peanut butter and blend for 1 cycle.
  • 2. Add greek yoghurt and blend for 1 more cycle.
  • 3. Enjoy your smoothie packed with energy!
